Ok I’m changing it, no more The Soloist. I have taken all (2) of your suggestions into consideration and have decided to go with the number one book on my wanna read list. The Story of Edgar Sawtelle by David Wroblewski. It promises to be good.

I plan on finishing The House of Sand and Fog this week (Friday’s the 1st). I haven’t read it at all for about 2 weeks. I’ll get some more discussion questions up for it of course.

I just added a new discussion question for The House of Sand and Fog over at our Book Club Forum. We will begin our next book, The Soloist, on the 1st of May (I just found out they made a movie based on the story). Feel free to participate. Here’s some filler:

Wanna join a book club? Then just do it already, click on the link at the top of the screen that says book club, don’t be shy.

Beginning March 23, 2009 the Book of the Month will be The House of Sand and Fog by Andre Dubus. Buy it, go to the library and get it, join Bookmooch, i don’t care how you get it, just get it by next Monday. While you’re there, next month’s book will be The Soloist by Steve Lopez, no excuses, you have a month to find it.
