Oh my.  Check out this myspace page.  Oh man, I’m busting.  Holy crap, wow.  This cements the “Best Year for Music Ever” status for 2009.

Thanks to my sis Emily for commenting in the Book Club Forum.  I was beginning to think I was all alone.  The book has been good so far,  nothing spectacular, but a solid book nonetheless.

I’m also reading In Defense of Food:  An Eater’s Manifesto by Michael Pollan.  Its really good.  It’s already changing the way I think about food, just like his previous book  The Omnivore’s Dilemma. Not only does he question our relationship with food, he questions the very definition of food.  I’m really enjoying it.  Yes, this also means another preachy food post is on the way.

April is finally here, and with it it brings Camera Obscura’s latest album My Maudlin Career. I’ve had the title track off of the album kicking around my 2009 playlist for a month or two, but only in the last week have I begun to truly appreciate it.  So, give it 3 or 4 listens stretched out over a couple a days and tell me what you think.
