Fun Lunch that is really a cop-out

Whenever I make this lunch (or dinner) for the girls, they are in heaven. They think it is the best thing since sliced bread. It is fun for them, easy for me. When I don’t feel like making an even semi-complicated meal, this is what I turn to. I never get any complaints. You could do a fun dessert version with cookies and fruit to dip into chocolate. Ella loves when I put marshmallows in, Rory loves blueberries. I’m going to have to get another cupcake pan for Hudson, because last time I did this, he was a bit upset that he wasn’t included. . .

you can make it really healthy, or really sweet. . .

I just use whatever I have on hand, because ANYTHING in a cupcake pan is tasty. Cheese cubes, yogurt, crackers, cheerios, beans, fruit, vegetables, chocolate chips. One cupcake spot is for the spoon, one for the cup. And your set.
