I Love flowers. I think that Sunflowers are especially beautiful. I go back and forth on them and daisies being my favorite. (poppies are up there, too.) They are just so cheery. I took these pictures yesterday of some flowers I have in a vase. They will be my inspiration for a certain mother-in-laws Christmas present. And that is all I will say about that, it has to be a bit of a surprise, right?

I do love flowers. At almost all I-40 exits that stretch across North Carolina there are flowers that come up every season on the off and on ramps. My favorite exits are the ones with bright red poppies and shasta daisies. Beautiful!!!
